What we collect
When you submit an enquiry on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, business name and message you choose to give us, along with the software suite you selected. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to arrange a demo, prepare a quotation, answer a technical question or arrange a site visit. Submitting the form also opens WhatsApp so the same details reach our team directly.
Who can see it
Your details stay with the TotalSolution sales and technical team and the branch handling your area. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties for marketing. Where a message reaches us over WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our client and warranty records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Client system data
Business data held inside a deployed POS or ERP system (your sales, stock, staff and customer records) belongs to you. We access it only when you ask us to, for support or maintenance, and our staff are bound to confidentiality.
